''Fight or Flight'' is the third EP by British rock band Turin Brakes. The EP was released by Source Records in 2000 on CD and 7" vinyl. Their debut album ''The Optimist LP'' was already almost finished, but the record label decided the band should gain more exposure, and therefore this EP was released.
